For 1500 years civilizations accepted the Bible as being true. But after the 1950’s skepticism grew
when archaeologists found mounting evidence contradicting the early history of the Bible.
This trend has continued, and now we are seeing the lowest percent of people in the US and throughout the world believe that the Bible is the true Word of God.
According to Gallup, only 24% of people  in the United States believe that the Bible is the literal Word of God, and the rise has been absolutely meteoric concerning those who believe that the Bible is made up of fables recorded by man (more than 26% of the US Population).
